Biden to speak at state chamber dinner

Former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. will be the keynote speaker at The Delaware State Chamber of Commerce annual dinner in January.
Biden, who represented Delaware in the U.S Senate for 36 years before becoming vice president, will speak at January 8 dinner at the Chase Center on the Riverfront.
The dinner is the largest of the state chamber’s annual events, drawing over 900 attendees. It includes the presentation of the Josiah Marvel Cup Award in honor of the memory of Josiah Marvel, the first president of the modern-day state chamber.
