Delaware officials are preparing a loan program for farmers to help aid the costs for equipment, with the hope of helping new farmers and aquaculture projects.
Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. has bought a 132-acre farm in Middletown as part of its acquisition of some of the assets of neighboring egg producers in a $110 million deal.
