Awards Submission Form
Today Media and Delaware Business Times want to honor top leaders serving in technology roles in the public, private, government and nonprofit arenas.
We are also seeking nominations of teams who completed a technology project in 2015 and Rising Stars on technology teams who make a difference to their organizations.
The 2016 nominations will be judged by an independent judging panel of professional IT practitioners, business managers and Today Media executives.
Eligibility
Nominations are open for the top technology executive who provides technology-related strategy and leadership for a business based in Delaware. Job titles include: CIO, vice president of information technology, CTO or other technology-oriented titles. Self-nominations are encouraged. Candidates must have held their position on or before January 1,2015.
Nominations for project of the year are open to any project completed by a Delaware-based company benefiting a Delaware company or any other business in the world.
REMINDERS
- In the nomination form, please remember to describe the company where the project was completed, the team works, or the CIO is the leader
- All nominations must include a link to your Linkedin profile and an attached resume to be considered.
2016 Award Categories and Eligibility
Awards will be presented in the following categories:
CIO of the Year
Finalists will be selected from CIO’s at private and publicly-held companies, nonprofit organizations and government entities. The CIO of the Year will be selected from these four finalists
Project of the Year
Award will be presented to company/team that successfully completed a project in 2015 that led to an innovative solution to stated problem.
IT Team of the Year
Award will be presented to the team that demonstrated the qualities associated with collaboration and out-of-the box thinking to accomplish company’s financial and strategic objectives.
Rising Star of the Year
Award will be presented to the individual who best represents all the qualities necessary to move into future leadership roles in the IT industry. Supervisor must make nomination.
