WSFS Financial Corporation, the parent company of Bryn Mawr Capital Management, named Jasmine Yu the senior vice president and chief investment officer. 

Yu will lead the Investment Strategy and Solutions team towards delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, driving innovation, and providing cutting-edge thought leadership in the investment landscape.

Yu is a seasoned expert in investment management with over two decades of experience. Working in leadership roles at Bank of New York Mellon, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Global Wealth and Retirement Services, and Abu Dhabi Investment Council, she has demonstrated expertise in asset allocation, portfolio risk management, and investment strategies across multiple asset classes.

Prior to joining WSFS, Yu was managing director, Head of Global Manager Research at Bank of New York Mellon Wealth & Investment Management. There, she led a team responsible for sourcing, evaluating, selecting, and monitoring investments across multiple asset classes. Throughout her career, Yu developed and implemented investment strategies, managed multi-asset portfolios and conducted and published research.

Yu earned a PhD in Finance from EDHEC Business School, a Master of International Affairs in International Finance and Business from Columbia University, a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management and Information Systems from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Zhongshan University.


Longwood Gardens announced the appointment of Kay Chubbuck, D.Phil., as vice president of engagement and learning. Chubbuck will lead the 78-person department and oversee the strategic development of Longwood’s award-winning in-person, online, and community-based educational and training programs, which have attracted and engaged learners of all ages from around the globe since 1956.

Chubbuck most recently held the position of vice president for education at the New York Botanical Garden (NYBG). There, she developed both in-person and online educational opportunities, overseeing programs for upwards of 100,000 school children and 16,000 adult learners annually. She played a key role in advancing the garden’s digital programs by introducing new technologies and flexible online courses to reach a global audience.

“Kay’s proven expertise in creating dynamic learning opportunities and building community in unique ways felt so right for Longwood as we grow and evolve,” said Marnie Conley, chief experience and brand officer of Longwood Gardens, said. “We are thrilled to welcome her to our leadership team with her collaborative spirit, passion for engaging diverse audiences, and respect for public horticulture as a thriving industry,” Conley said.

Chubbuck holds doctoral and master’s degrees in English Literature from the University of Oxford, where she was a Rhodes Scholar. She also holds an MS in Journalism from Northwestern University and a BA in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University.


Bayhealth Orthopedics welcomed Podiatrist Dimitrios Moustakas, DPM, who offers the full range of podiatric medicine for feet and ankles, as well as wound care.

“We’re thrilled that Dr. Moustakas has joined our team, adding podiatry – foot and ankle care – to the list of specialties that Bayhealth Orthopedics provides to our community,” Bayhealth Vice President, Physician Services and Clinical Integration Lawrence Ward, MD, MPH, FACP, said. “Dr. Moustakas is a highly trained podiatrist who is passionate about improving patients’ mobility and quality of life by addressing injuries and wounds that affect the lower extremities through non-surgical and surgical treatments.”

Dr. Moustakas earned his doctor of podiatric medicine degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his podiatric medicine residency with United Health Services Hospitals in Johnson City, New York where he served as chief resident. His career has included work as a private practice podiatrist and a clinical instructor for SUNY Upstate Medical University. He specializes in sports medicine, wound care and treatment of limb conditions. His surgical expertise includes advanced limb salvage techniques and minimally invasive surgeries on the lower extremities.

Dr. Moustakas is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Delaware Podiatric Medical Association. 

Bayhealth appointed also Scott R. Brown and Stephen G. Manifold to its Board of Directors.

Brown, CPA/PFS, has been involved in the financial services industry since 1985. He was the managing member of Wealth Management Group, LLC from 2001 until it joined with Savant in 2023. Prior to that, Brown spent many years as managing partner for R.F. Book & Associates, PA CPAs, which joined with Savant Tax and Consulting. He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Wilmington (OH) College. He is a certified public accountant and holds the personal financial specialist credential issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Scott is also a member of Bayhealth’s Business and Investment Committee and is a member of the Delaware Board of Accountancy.

Manifold, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who has been practicing in the central Delaware region for the past 25 years. After completing medical school at Temple University and finishing his orthopedic surgery residency program at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, he completed a fellowship in knee reconstruction and sports medicine at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute in New York. Dr. Manifold specializes in knee and shoulder reconstruction and replacement in the practice of First State Orthopaedics, where he is a partner.

Dr. Manifold serves on the medical staff of both the Bayhealth Kent Campus and Sussex Campus. He has served as the director of Orthopedic Surgery at Bayhealth since 2010 and has initiated the implementation of evidence-based protocols and standardization across the division to improve patient outcomes. During his tenure, the Bayhealth Division of Orthopedics has achieved Joint Commission Accreditation in total hip and knee replacement, as well as Premier certification by the International Geriatric Fracture Society for management of hip fractures.


The Bancorp, Inc. announced Mark Tryniski has joined its Board of Directors. 

Tryniski brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in finance, accounting, risk management, banking regulations, and corporate governance. In his most recent role, Tryniski served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Bank System, Inc. from 2006 to 2023. From 2003 to 2006, he held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
