Buccini/Pollin Group (BPG) welcomes Ann Shepard Visalli as the chief operating officer. Visalli joins BPG with over 30 years of experience in budget, finance, and economic development. She had a successful 22-year career in Delaware state government, which included serving as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget under former Governor Jack Markell. Most recently, Visalli served as the chief operating officer for St. Andrew’s School in Middletown, Delaware.

Visalli has an extensive portfolio of experience that includes strategic budgeting, financial management, facilities and construction oversight, human resources, compensation, health and retirement benefits, risk management, teaching, and building high functioning teams. She has served in numerous committee and volunteer leadership rolls, locally and nationally, throughout her career.
As Chief Operating Officer, Visalli will be responsible for the oversight of financial operations for all BPG operating entities including budgeting and forecasting, long term financial planning, and strategy. She will also directly supervise Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk Management, Marketing and, in conjunction with Asset Management, Commercial and Residential Operations and Leasing.

WSFS Financial Corporation announces Arthur J. Bacci, executive vice president and chief wealth officer of WSFS Financial Corporation, will also serve as interim chief financial officer (CFO) of WSFS. Bacci replaces Dominic C. Canuso, WSFS’ former Chief Financial Officer, whose employment with WSFS will end on August 31, 2023.
Prior to joining WSFS in 2018, Bacci successfully led multiple business segments with the Principal Financial Group during his 16 years with the company. Bacci served as president and CEO of Principal Bank, CFO and CEO of Principal Trust Company and CFO of Ashton Technology Group, Inc., a NASDAQ publicly traded company.
“Art has a deep understanding of our Company and the proven leadership skills and professional background to step into this interim role while we begin our search for our next Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer,” Rodger Levenson, Chairman, president and CEO of WSFS Bank, said. “We thank Dominic for his service and wish him the best in his future endeavors,” Levenson added.
Bacci serves on the Boards of Teach for America Delaware and the Delaware Business Roundtable Education Committee. He received his B.S. in Finance from San Jose State and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He has also participated in leadership and management programs at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

Beebe Medical Group welcomes primary care physician Trevor Aldred, MD, to Beebe Primary Care Cape Henlopen.
Dr. Aldred, a Lewes native and Cape Henlopen High School alumnus, sees patients of all ages for acute, chronic, and preventive care, and is also trained to perform joint injections as well as dermatologic procedures and biopsies. Dr. Aldred’s earliest experiences at Beebe date back to 2014, when he served as a volunteer on the hospital’s peri-operative care unit. In the years that followed, he served in various roles for community-based organizations, with a focus on helping people and solving problems.
“These experiences inspired me to apply to medical school and ultimately pursue a career focused on primary care, with the opportunity to personally impact the lives of patients and families,” Dr. Aldred said. “I believe strongly that family is one of life’s greatest gifts.”
Dr. Aldred earned his medical degree at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He went on to complete his Family Medicine Residency at West Virginia University, where his practice focused on the delivery of comprehensive care for medically underserved patients. Additionally, Dr. Aldred is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry.
