After 13 years of building an award-winning health care business with her husband, she is sharing her expertise. Before moving to Delaware and starting this business, she was a performance management consultant who coached others to create businesses and taught leaders, managers, and teams how to work together cohesively.
She enriched the lives of others by allowing them to see the opportunity to achieve their goals. “As you would turn to a personal trainer if you wanted to lose weight or improve your health, a coach is there to bring out the success that lies within you.

Before becoming self-employed, she worked for Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs, served as interim chief executive officer for Heritage World Travel, and coordinated a leadership group for business owners. She conducted workshops to improve relationships and communication, strategic planning, and professional development retreats in the Baltimore/Washington area.
