DOVER — LEAD PAC announced that applications are now open for the fall 2025 session of Campaign Compass: Navigating Your Path to Public Office. The no-cost, statewide program is designed for business-friendly individuals considering a run for public office. Campaign Compass equips aspiring leaders with the tools, strategies, and confidence to launch successful campaigns and make a difference in their communities.
More than a campaign workshop, Campaign Compass is a launchpad for public service. Whether you’re new to politics or ready to take your advocacy to the next level, this program helps you run an effective, values-driven campaign—regardless of your background or experience level. The program is tailored to help candidates at all levels—whether you’re considering a run for school board, city council, state representative, or another elected position.

What Participants Can Expect:

Applications for the September cohort will close on July 30, 2025. Upon completing the program, graduates will leave with a tailored campaign road map and a network of peers and mentors to support their journey.
