WILMINGTON – DSM Commercial has purchased a Concord Pike strip mall for more than $2.2 million, according to county land records.

Two separate sales in July saw a subsidiary limited liability corporation managed by the Witting family, who lead the Wilmington-based, full-service commercial real estate development, construction and management firm, acquire the 8,710-square-foot shopping center at 2308 Concord Pike.

The sellers in the deal included Big Fred Investments LLC, managed by Fred Krapf III, and Concord Pike Property LLC, managed by John Scheuerman.

The retail center along the U.S. Route 202 corridor features Mattress Firm, Green Drop and China Inn as tenants.

Dave Morrison and Jim O’Hara Jr., of NAI Emory Hill, represented all sides in the transaction.
