New York, New Jersey and Connecticut have again removed Delaware from their joint travel advisory that includes mandatory quarantine restrictions for 14 days to travelers visiting from 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Guam.

States with a positive test rate over 10 cases per 100,000 residents over a 7-day rolling average or with a 10% or higher positivity rate over a 7-day rolling average are added to the travel advisory list. As of Aug. 25, Delaware’s COVID-19 case rate is 4.4%
