DOVER – Five candidates running for Delaware’s governor seat will debate tonight at the Dover Library, sponsored by the Delaware Journalism Collaborative (DJC). The 90-minute debate, starting at 7 p.m., comes ahead of the September 10 primary elections.
The three Democrat candidates are Lt. Gov. Bethany Hall-Long, New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer Matt Meyer and former Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control Secretary Collin O’Mara. The two Republican candidates are state House Representative Mike Ramone and Bobby Williamson.
