Seriously, free parking after 4! Whoopee! Us residents outside of Bethany Proper are very frustrated as to the lack of parking, not the cost! I live in Bear Trap Dunes, Ocean View. I haven’t visited once since the new “Residents Only” parking has been established. I normally stay at the beach longer than 2 hours and sometimes like to eat dinner while I’m there. The limited 2 hr parking is ridiculous. Please reconsider before summer ends. I’ll continue to spend my money in Ocean View, Millville, Fenwick, even Ocean City and go to the State Beaches.
    Thank you. .
