The Better Business Bureau serving Delaware recognized 5 Delaware businesses for their outstanding commitment to trust and integrity. There were three Torch Award winners, one Thrive Award winner, and one Rush Award winner. These awards honor corporations that have a strong commitment to upholding ethical standards not just inside their own organizations but also across their whole industry and community.
During the presentation, BBB President, Christine Sauers said the honorees “have demonstrated they know the importance of building and maintaining trust in their companies. These awards allow us to celebrate some accredited businesses that are role models and set a high standard for how they operate their businesses.”
The Thrive Award for Community Impact honors those organizations that have gone above and beyond in their efforts to embrace and advance diversity. “A community of inclusion does not exist without trust and integrity, and vice versa,” said Sauers.
The winner of the 2023 Thrive Award for Community Impact is Kimmel Carter Roman Peltz & O’Neill, the largest law firm in Delaware to exclusively handle personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Kimmel Carter has been dedicated to fighting for the citizens of Delaware since 1972.
