Bank of America partnered with nonprofit Donate Delaware to supply over 7,000 blankets to local community-based organizations. These organizations have played a critical role in keeping the community safe during COVID-19 by providing basic needs.
Donate Delaware, which was established at the beginning of the pandemic to provide free to low-cost PPE to partner organizations, has continued its mission through corporate partnerships and donations. Bank of America has been supporting Donate Delaware since the start of the pandemic in an effort to supply and give back to the Delaware community.
“Donate Delaware appreciates Bank of America’s continued support and commitment to the Delaware community. Donate Delaware plans to supply the blankets to the most in need throughout the state of Delaware ”said Dave Tiberi, President of Donate Delaware.
The 7,000 blankets are just another example of Bank of America’s ongoing support of Donate Delaware and the entire Delaware community. “As we continue to support individuals and families in Delaware, we must also provide assistance to our nonprofit partners,” said Chip Rossi, President, Bank of America Delaware. “Donate Delaware’s services are crucial to our community, providing Delawareans in need with the resources to ensure their safety and wellbeing.” To further unite Bank of America behind the concept of giving back, they celebrate their passion for giving back to local communities every April during “Global Service Month.”
