How have you championed the efforts of HR professionals in the company or community?
In reviewing companies’ employee benefits, I work with HR and CFOs to identify the clients’ needs and research the various resources available to them. I provide creative solutions to improve the companies’ bottom lines while maintaining valuable benefit
What is the impact that you have made on the HR community?
HR has an important role in employee benefits. Small companies may not be aware that they need HR assistance until a benefits review and I am able to recommend an outside HR consultant. Large companies usually have their own HR departments and I work with them to assure their employees have the best possible coverages and that the companies, no matter the size, are in compliance with all current laws and regulations.
