Masley Enterprises knows the importance of patriotism, commitment, innovation, performance and technical expertise. Frank Masley started his company with his wife Donna in thier basement. Frank’s Engineering/Business degree and Donna’s R.N. ICU nursing background created a strategic team to run a successful company. The company specializes in designing and manufacturing technical hand wear solutions to meet the needs of the most demanding organization in the world- the U.S. military. 

What have been the biggest factors that contributed to your company’s growth over the past three years?
Masley’s growth is the result of manufacturing quality, consistency with on time shipments at a fair price. We utilize Lean Manufacture Processes to keep costs down – continuous improvement is a large part of our quality management system. Masley utilizes the expertise of the Delaware Manufacturing Extension Program. Masley’s innovative glove designs and manufacturing performances have led the company to long term contracts with the Defense Logistic Agency (DLA) over the past 3 years.

What have been the biggest obstacles your company has faced over the past three years, and how did you overcome them?
Donna and the Masley Glove team lost Frank (a former Olympic luge athlete) after his eight-month heroic fight against melanoma cancer in 2016. Donna questioned how she could sustain the company without her strategic partner. With her stamina and heroic support of her team, Donna is keeping Frank’s legacy alive and has taken the role of designing new technical handwear from the knowledge she gained working side by side with Frank.
