What have been the biggest factors that contributed to your company’s growth over the past three years?
Growing with current clients and expanding the services we offered to them. We’ve also taken a very active role in developing careers for skilled tradespeople by being involved in local vocational and technical schools, offering co-op positions with high school students in the trades, and making sure apprenticeships were available to further the careers of our current team members. Through this, we’ve been able to retain and attract the manpower needed to take on larger projects while staying flexible enough to do the small projects that some of our customers need. 

What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned over the past three years?
Growth can certainly come with some growing pains and many lessons learned. As we grow and become more spread out keeping our team informed becomes more difficult, but even more important. Being a family owned business, we want to keep the family feel of our team and never lose sight of the people who make the business the success it is today.
