What have been the biggest factors that contributed to your company’s growth over the past three years? Word of mouth from vendors and loyal clients.

Looking back, what’s the biggest mistake you made and what would you do differently if you could? I would have brought a qualified person to help me in the office. This would have allowed me to have more time for customer service, meetings with potential clients.

What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned over the past three years? The most valuable lesson I’ve learned is to get a line of credit before you need it. I would also say to not be so stubborn about reaching out for help with business or life in general. We can’t do it all by ourselves.

How do you keep your team inspired and focused on the future? We make sure to keep them knowledgeable of the company’s growth which allows them to stay fully updated on the company’s growth.
