What have been the biggest obstacles your company has faced over the past three years, and how did you overcome them?
The wall of resistance many homeowners frequently have towards contractors usually stems from bad past experiences. We developed a consultative approach with an information focused presentation.
Looking back, what’s the biggest mistake you made and what would you do differently if you could?
In the beginning we did not focus on roofing enough. I would have started to focus primarily on roofing a little sooner.
