What have been the biggest factors that contributed to your company’s growth?
Our most critical responsibility is to reliably deliver safe, high-quality water to the growing population we serve across the Delmarva Peninsula. To this end, we invested $11.5 million during 2018 in new sources of supply and new treatment capabilities in strategic growth areas where demand for residential and commercial water service has been increasing. More than 60 new phases of residential and commercial development have commenced throughout our service territory. In Delaware, both Sussex County and southern New Castle County are strategic growth areas for us.
