It probably happens more often than not, but that’s the primary scenario Nowland Associates Inc. looks to avoid, and it has kept them in business for 75 years.
“Because repeat business and referrals represent the overwhelming majority of our business, it is imperative that all of our customers are completely satisfied,” President Jeff Nowland said. “We regularly follow up with our customers long after the traditional warranty period has ended to ensure that they continue to be happy with our service. That philosophy will continue as long as our family name is associated with the business.”
Though that mantra hasn’t changed, Nowland has: The team designs buildings utilizing 3D BIM (building information modeling) software and continue to develop new methods of constructing buildings to make sure all employees and subcontractors are on the safest jobsite possible.
From a community-service standpoint, Nowland sponsors several area athletic organizations, including the North East Little League, Avon Grove Recreation Association and Oxford Area Little League, as well as the Delaware Mud Run for leukemia research, the Union Hospital Foundation and the Delaware Foundation Reaching Citizens.
