IncNow (also known legally as Agents and Corporations Inc.) has more than 10,000 clients. The LegalTech e-commerce business acts as a registered agent for companies across the country, and helps businesses incorporate online by offering technological solutions and fast turnaround.
“In 1998, we registered the domain name “incnow.com” and allowed customers the ability to print out an order form and fax it to our office,” President John L. Williams said. “We then implemented QuickBooks to manage customers, and since our launch, competition in the industry has ballooned, including the likes of LegalZoom.”
Although Williams and the IncNow staff spend plenty of hours in the office and online, they also have an affinity for outdoor activities. IncNow has sponsored the Summer Concert in the Parks series at Delaware state parks, supported STEM education and the performing arts through the the Delaware Community Foundation’s Chips for Charity event, and assisted in fundraising for the Kalmar Nyckel.
Additionally, Williams has been appointed by governors Minner, Markell and Carney to the Delaware Natural Areas Advisory Council, which dedicates nature preserves throughout the state, and he previously served on the Delaware State Parks Council for four years, overseeing all Delaware state parks.
