What have been the biggest factors that contributed to your company’s growth over the past three years?
Our exponential growth was fueled by the community we serve. Greenhill Pharmacy has three main pillars — Connection. Care. Community. Through our dedication to providing the best service to our patients and providers, we have been able to grow steadily from one pharmacy to four pharmacies throughout Delaware. Through our dedication to providing a seamless patient care model, Greenhill Pharmacy now serves patients throughout Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well.
What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned over the past three years?
The most important thing any entrepreneur can do is seek guidance from mentors both within and outside of your industry. Running a business requires a wide range of skills and expertise that you likely haven’t mastered yet. You shouldn’t try to make challenging business decisions on your own. Mentors offer guidance unparalleled to any classroom because they have learned and worked through many problems themselves.
