Lynn Roberts, III has dedicated his life to the field of law, often offering smart counsel for small businesses and helping leaders through intellectual property concerns. He prides himself on being a forward-thinker who embraces innovation” and has the honors to prove his efforts, having been inducted into the 2020 class of National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Attorneys and awarded as Lincoln University – Pennsylvania Alumni Association’s Most Notable Alumni in 2017-2018. Among his professional accolades, he can also add published author to the list as he has published two articles in scholar publications.

He is a solo practitioner at his firm, the Jones Roberts Group, and continues to give back to the community through philanthropic efforts, mentoring or volunteering. Roberts can often be found offering pro bono legal services to local startups and small businesses, helping them protect their intellectual property and establish a strong legal foundation. He also volunteers as general counsel for a local church and provides free legal workshops on intellectual property issues and business law, empowering the community as a whole. His firm sponsors annual female and male empowerment conferences, supporting initiatives that provide educational resources and economic opportunities to underserved communities in the tri-state area.

Outside of his busy legal schedule, he enjoys exploring nature, reading Harry Potter to his children and wife. He also likes to strike up conversations with community elders, as they have so much wisdom to share and often do not have anyone to share it with. Roberts is also very passionate about coffee and was vegan for two years until, according to him, he met his wife who completely turned him around.
