Title: Founder and Analyst
Workplace: Wilminvest LLC and Cinnaire Corporation
Age: 26
While many Delawareans struggle with the limited inventory of affordable housing, Joel Amin Jr. strives to meet that need by capitalizing on local resources. As an analyst for Cinnaire Corporation, he has helped drive multi-million-dollar affordable housing projects. As founder of Wilminvest LLC, he’s helped serve more than three dozen families in need of housing, many of whom had been struggling with homelessness or unstable housing situations.
In 2022, Amin doubled his company’s portfolio to over $1 million in assets and 13 single-family homes, executing existing construction projects and raising more than $400,000 in capital.
He credits his recent successes to the time he’s dedicated to honing his skills in navigating financial models and technical analysis.
In addition to the technical and sales-based real estate dealings that Amin is charged with at both companies, his efforts also support families in working with local leaders to help displaced families.
The recent University of Delaware graduate also is involved with community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and REACH Riverside, as well as the Urban Land Institute.
