When Middletown resident Brandi Gregge founded Mint & Needle in late 2019, she also launched a mission to empower others through regenerative aesthetics and wellness. By blending artistry with medical expertise, Gregge provides a personalized approach for people to embrace their individual beauty through consultations and cutting-edge treatments. Her company has been recognized in the First State and beyond as the Best of Delaware’s best upstate medspa and one of Modern Luxury’s innovators in aesthetics and beauty, as well as attention from other local and international media.

As Mint & Needle’s owner, she oversees everything from staffing and social media to finances and community outreach. Before launching her own business, Gregge worked as a nurse practitioner for several medical groups and sites, including Tristate Interventional Pain and Wellness Center in Wilmington, Med Spa and Trinity Medical Associates. She was also named in Delaware Today’s Women in Business 2023. The entrepreneur’s journey will soon be showcased in an upcoming docu-series called “Glamour Unveiled.” 

Gregge earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina in 2018 and also holds undergraduate degrees from California State University Northridge and the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Delaware.She also travels nationwide to speak at industry events and remains committed to giving back to the community through initiatives like the Empowerment Beyond Scars Foundation, which supports survivors of domestic violence by providing pro-bono services. Her business also frequently collaborates with other local businesses to support community causes. In her free time, Gregge enjoys exploring different places and cultures, meditating and enjoying a glass of red wine with a good book or the company of loved ones.
