When it comes to building business in Delaware, Adam Greback knows one of the secrets to success is in organic networking and relationship building. As MySherpa’s director of new business, he works closely with local business leaders in the manufacturing, construction, nonprofit and healthcare industries on IT infrastructure security and enhancements.
MySherpa provides owners, executives and IT managers with the information and support they need to secure critical assets, scale organizations and achieve financial goals. Since joining the team in January 2022, Greback has built the company’s first outbound sales strategy, implemented new reporting systems and closed over $4 million in new business. He has also helped expand the business’s clients as far west as Wisconsin and as far south as South Carolina. He previously worked for CSC Digital Brand Services as a senior business development manager and Livegenic Inc. as a manager of strategic partnerships.
Greback, a University of Delaware graduate, is also an active member of multiple committees with ABC Delaware, including the organization’s philanthropic arm, and serves on the board of directors at CFMA Delaware. In his off hours, Greback manages the MySherpa Running Club to benefit charity. He has also been known to show up to do pro-bono landscaping with ABCares. sponsoring charity golf outings or cooking dinner for families who stay in the Ronald McDonald House in New Castle County.
When he’s not spending time with his high school sweetheart and their newborn baby, he enjoys gaming, spending time at the beach, camping, hiking and golfing, although he admits to not being very well versed in the sport. He is also a car enthusiast and says he has a “useless encyclopedic knowledge of cars.”
