Position: President

Employer: J.W. Tull Contracting Services

Age: 34

When Jason Tull started his roofing and contracting company in April 2014, he did so with just $1,500 and a 1985 Ford F-150. This year, the company doubled their sales over last year and is projecting $6 million in gross revenue.

Tull, the president of J.W. Tull Contracting Services, credits his company’s success in part to the talented employees that he has carefully selected. After sales plummeted in April due to the coronavirus pandemic, Tull and his team worked together to develop new ways of generating revenue. Business picked back up in May, allowing the company to do more business than ever before. Tull even hired six additional high-level staff members.

The company currently serves the Delaware and Pennsylvania region, and Tull is always looking to expand the territory that they cover. He often visits his staff in the field to boost morale and coach them on their path to success.

In addition to his contracting company, Tull has also started a commercial real estate holding company.

Tull has been in recovery from addiction for nine years and regularly gives back to addiction recovery organizations, including atTAck addiction, Limen House, and Gaudenzia. Once or twice a year, Tull also speaks with at-risk youth to help them lead successful lives.

A fitness enthusiast, Tull plans to coach children’s football this year. He has three children: Mason, Wyatt and Wynona.
