For the other half of The Voiceover Couple, joining her husband in a freelance venture turned full-time was a natural move. Nicole Draper was an elementary school teacher minoring in musical theater when she joined her husband, Dominick Draper, in 2017 to create The Voiceover Couple.
Working with brands such as Yahoo Sports, PNC Bank, TD Bank, the NBA, CFL, NHL and most recently the Singapore Air Force, the power couple has shown that hard work and persistence do pay off.
Nicole Draper said she encouraged her husband to quit his job to build the now award-winning business. While she works alongside him as an active part of The Voiceover Couple, she also holds a limited-term literacy researcher position at the University of Delaware. In addition to her background in education, she’s also passionate about musical theater and is active in serving at her church through the worship team.
In her free time, Nicole Draper has hosted student-organized Advocacy Fair events at Harcum College to educate about and provide resources for students with special needs, taught an adult customer service skills class through a free program at Generations in Wilmington, helped develop an English language learner handbook for students and families through a service learning project at Delaware County Literacy Council and volunteered at an orphanage in Romania during mission trips in 2018.
