Title: Director of Marketing & Communications, Owner and Founder
Workplace: Ursuline Academy and Socially

Age: 33
Delaware native Brittany Keller is not only the youngest person on the leadership team at Ursuline Academy but also the founder of a rapidly growing social media agency.
Keller, who is the first in her family to graduate from college, is the director of marketing and communications at Ursuline, where she has implemented a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan that has coincided with consistent year-over-year growth at the private school. At the company she founded in 2017, Socially, she takes her expertise in digital marketing and communications to 20 clients across Delaware and North Carolina to manage their social media platforms.
In her off-time, she volunteers with several nonprofits and coaches high school cross country and track and field athletes. Keller, a graduate of Wilmington University, said she also prioritizes mentioning young girls and women.
She is a current and founding board member of the Spur Impact Association, where she plays a role in hosting the Millennial Summit and Delaware Gives Day (also known as Do More 24 Delaware), the latter of which has raised over $5 million for hundreds of Delaware nonprofits in the last three years. Since 2017, she’s also volunteered and served as a board member for The Gulu Project, which built and supports a nursery school in Gulu, Uganda.
