As the leader of Delaware’s largest for-profit employer, Tom Horne oversees more than 11,000 workers as head of credit card operations, customer service and consumer branch banking for JPMorgan Chase. The veteran of MBNA has helped turn Chase into a major economic force and community supporter for its Wilmington home base and Delaware at large. A lifelong Delawarean, Horne has also been a proponent for the growth of finance and fintech jobs in the state by advising the University of Delaware’s Lerner School of Business and Economics, with which Chase has partnered.
