Bob Brady has spent his entire career at Delaware’s second largest law firm, Young Conaway, since graduating law school more than 30 years ago. Since then, he’s become a sought-after bankruptcy and restructuring attorney, representing major clients like the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, Fisker Automotive, The Weinstein Company and Hertz. In leading the firm with more than 120 attorneys in two states, Brady has committed Young Conaway to diversifying its associates, hiring its first director of diversity, equity and inclusion and revamping its diversity committee.
