With 3 million square feet of office and retail assets under management and more than 8,000 multifamily units developed or under construction, Capano has built one of the largest development firms in Delaware with projects like The Falls and The Reserve at South Ridge. Outside the firm, his family’s charitable foundation has also donated more than $6 million to local causes.
