Bob Chadwick
Joining the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce in 2006, Robert “Bob” Chadwick has since served in a number of roles including director of the Economic Development Council, vice president for business and economic development and executive vice president before being chosen to lead the chamber in 2017. The public relations veteran had spent time in the state and federal government, as well as with the former First USA Bank, before joining the chamber, and leaned on those skills to be an adept advocate for the businesses of Delaware’s largest county. Under Chadwick’s leadership, the NCCCC helped hundreds of member businesses navigate the pandemic, and has also grown its business incubator and accelerator, the Emerging Enterprise Center. He announced this year that he is retiring at the end of 2023.
