Emily Pereira joined the Pinnacle Group team following graduation from West Chester University, West Chester, Pennsylvania. In her role at Pinnacle Group, Emily specializes in designing and facilitating our professional development programs. She leads our Emerging Professionals Program designed to support entry level professionals make the transition from the classroom to the workplace. As a certified DiSC® facilitator, Emily specializes in maximizing an individual’s communication style within their work environment. She is an active member of the Association for Talent Development.
